These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website webxdesign.co, including any sub-domains and related services (collectively, the “Website”), operated by WEBXSOLUTION LIMITED (trading as Webx Design) (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and Complaints Procedure (collectively, the “Legal Terms”). If you do not agree to these Legal Terms, you must not use our Website.

WEBXSOLUTION LIMITED (trading as Webx Design) is a company registered in England and Wales and provides web design, development, hosting, domain, and related digital services.

Payment Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Terms

All website hosting, maintenance, support, and subscription services are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices are due on the date stated on the invoice. Failure to make payment by the due date will result in the actions outlined below.

2. Late Payment

If payment has not been received within 30 days of the invoice due date:

  • A late administration fee of £15.00 may be added to the outstanding invoice.
  • Interest may be charged on overdue balances at 4% above the Bank of England Base Rate, or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law, until payment is received in full.
  • Any discounts or promotional pricing may be withdrawn.

3. Service Suspension

If an invoice remains unpaid for 30 days after the due date, WEBXSOLUTION LIMITED reserves the right to suspend some or all services without further notice, including but not limited to:

  • Website hosting
  • Website maintenance
  • Email hosting
  • Technical support
  • Website updates
  • Domain management (where applicable)

WebX Design accepts no responsibility for any loss of business, revenue, rankings, data, or reputation resulting from suspension due to non-payment.

4. Service Cancellation

If payment remains outstanding for 60 days after the due date, WEBXSOLUTION LIMITED reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the maintenance and support agreement.
  • Terminate hosting services.
  • Remove websites from our servers.
  • Disable email services.
  • Release any reserved development time.
  • Require full payment before any future work is accepted.

Reactivation of cancelled services is not guaranteed and may incur a reconnection fee of £50 plus VAT where applicable.

5. Debt Recovery

Accounts remaining unpaid for more than 60 days may be referred to a professional debt recovery agency or legal representatives without further notice.

The customer agrees to be responsible for:

  • Outstanding invoice amounts.
  • Reasonable debt recovery costs.
  • Court fees.
  • Legal costs.
  • Any additional collection expenses permitted by law.

Where the customer is a business, WebX Design also reserves all rights available under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, including statutory interest and fixed recovery compensation where applicable.

6. Ownership

Until all invoices have been paid in full, all website designs, code, graphics, content created by WebxSolution LTD, licences, and intellectual property remain the property of WEBXSOLUTION LIMITED.

7. Reinstatement

Where services have been suspended or cancelled due to non-payment, reinstatement is entirely at the discretion of WEBXSOLUTION LIMITED. Full payment of all outstanding invoices, late fees, recovery costs, and any applicable reconnection charges must be received before services are restored.

8. Acceptance

By engaging WebX Design for any hosting, maintenance, support, or development services, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
