User Persona

Before the rebuild, the website lacked direction—content and messaging were based on assumptions rather than evidence.
To address this, we generated live personas using real-time data pulled from Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Delve.AI. These personas were grounded in actual user behaviour, not guesswork. This gave us deep insight into who was visiting the site, what they cared about, and how they interacted—paving the way for sharper messaging, better user journeys, and measurable results.
