Our support service has just got better!

We've taken your requests via Email, Whatsapp, Messenger and on Freedcamp; with large volumes of customer queries, it can be tricky to keep on top.

Now it's more straightforward; we have one intelligent email, and we'll be there to help.

We also know you haven't had an easy way to manage your emails and hosting account or access your account information, but the good news is that this has changed!

Our new client-side portal has:

  • A clutter-free and intelligent ticketing system
  • A simple Email In address, support@webxdesign.co
  • Time tracking on your business support services (so you can see the time we spend on the job)
  • A knowledge base for useful tips and tricks to get the most out of your website.
  • Account information, payment history, and billing cycles. Ability to top up and add funds to your account
  • A store where you can quickly buy news services and upgrades automatically!

And still, we are bringing many more new fantastic services to your fingertips, from Webmail, Email management, Hosting usage, Security settings, User management, and even mobile notifications via the Telegram App.

We know that offering fantastic customer support means our communication needs to be swift, clear, and accurate. And while freedcamp.com will remain our Project management tool, our support will now run from: https://portal.webx.solutions.

How does this affect me?

We're not going to switch off freedcamp.com and get rid of our mailboxes, but if you need something from us, please email us at support@webxdesign.co, and we'll get back to you!

Next, you will stop receiving invoices from Xero.com, and invoices will now come from us directly. You only need to log in when you receive the first invoice and add your details to complete the move across.

How do I log in?

Head over to https://portal.webx.solutions/index.php?/clientarea/ and log in with your:

  • Email address
  • Password

Note: Your email address will be the current one on our system.

All you need to do is reset your password, and you’ll be in. Or if you would like us to send you a new password, please let us know?
